April 9th, 2010 I bought concerts tickets from ticketmaster, and I selected the will call option for obtaining the tickets. but now it turns out I won’t be able to go, and I want to sell them on Ebay. How could I do this?

April 7th, 2010 I bought tickets to see Jimmy Buffett but I can’t go. Selling to make a profit is scalping and illegal, right? But what if I post them at face value and they sell for a lot? Is that illegal? The concert is in Indiana if that matters. Thanks!
